Mind Over Math

TEST PREP CLASSES

 Mind Over Math offers small group instruction for both SAT and ACT. Courses are designed with the beginning test prep student in mind and provide students with an overview of the structure, timing and scoring of the SAT or ACT.  Students learn valuable test prep strategies and receive a review of frequently tested concepts. Classes are available both online and in-person periodically throughout the year and offer the following:
  • Small group instruction (max of 6 students per class)
  • Mind Over Math SAT or ACT workbook
  • Weekly homework assignments through our online SAT or ACT portal
  • Supplemental video instruction

December ACT Class 
(waitlist)
​​This course is designed for students taking the December 9th ACT.  The course is eight weeks long and consists of 14 hours in the classroom.      

Course Schedule
​The course begins with an online parent and student information session: 10/15/23 at 3pm

Tuesdays 7pm 10/17/23 - 12/5/23
Sundays 3pm 10/15, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3

Sundays 11/5/23 and 12/3/23 at 3pm
Testing times vary (80 min to 95 min)

February ACT Class 

​​This course is designed for juniors taking the state ACT administered during the school day. The course is eight weeks long and consists of 14 hours in the classroom.

​After the diagnostic test, the student will be provided with a diagnostic report and ​personalized study recommendations.  A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to hold a seat in the course.  The remaining balance is billed once the course begins. ​
