TEST PREP CLASSES

 Mind Over Math offers small group test prep instruction. Courses are designed with the beginning test prep student in mind and provide students with an overview of the structure, timing and scoring of the test.  Students learn valuable test prep strategies and receive a review of frequently tested concepts. Classes are available in-person periodically throughout the year and offer the following:
  • Small group instruction (max of 6 students per class)
  • Mind Over Math ACT workbook
  • Weekly homework assignments through our online student portal
  • Supplemental video instruction

​​​​Diagnostic Testing
6/25/25 & 7/7/25
at 3pm & 4:30pm
Approximately 2.5 hours
​​This class covers the English, math and reading sections of the ACT.   The course is five weeks long and consists of 14 hours in the classroom.

​After the diagnostic test, the student will be provided with a diagnostic report and ​personalized study recommendations.  A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to hold a seat in the course.  The remaining balance is billed once the course begins. ​
​Note: 
Starting with the April 2025 ACT, the science section will be optional for students taking the online ACT.  Students enrolled in the July ACT class that choose to take the optional science test will be provided with science strategy and content review at no additional cost (online video access from Mind Over Math instructors). ​For additional support, students have the option to register for one on one tutoring for the science test   (1-1 tutoring rates apply).
