GROUP SESSIONS 

Mind Over Math provides in-person, structured academic support to students in a small group setting.  Led by experienced teachers, group sessions are 75 or 90 minutes in length and are designed for students in grades 6-12.  Our team of tutors will evaluate each student's needs, prioritize assignments and provide instructional support.   

The goal of small group tutoring is to provide academic support, build math and science foundations and help students develop independent study skills.  In order to select the appropriate small group session for your student, please refer to the chart of tutor specialties below.

Further academic support is also available through one on one tutoring.  Families  may create a personalized tutoring plan by utilizing group sessions, one-on-one sessions or a combination of both.  Please contact our office to discuss your student's particular needs.​
Required Student Supplies:
Please bring the following to each group session:
  • electronic device with charger
  • calculator as needed
  • log-in information for online learning portal(s)
  • workbooks, worksheets or any other learning materials
